A booking is confirmed once the guest pays the required deposit (€200–€300 per person, depending on the retreat) via bank transfer and receives written confirmation from Mogador Living. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Essaouira unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, retreat packages include: accommodation with free wifi, quality bedding and towels, team available for flexible arrivals and departing hours, daily breakfast, private airport transfer from Essaouira Airport and activities specified in the selected retreat package.

The following services may be arranged upon request at an additional cost: Marrakech Airport Transfer, surf equipment rental, guided tour of Essaouira Medina, Moroccan Cooking Class, excursion to Sidi Kaouki, horse riding experience, quad bike excursion, and additional surf, yoga or wellness activities.

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 20 days before the retreat start date. In this case, any deposit paid will be fully refunded. For cancellations made less than 20 days before the retreat start date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. As the remaining balance is paid upon arrival, no further cancellation fees will apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in retreat activities. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or dietary requirements should be communicated before arrival. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accidents, lost or stolen belongings and travel disruptions. Mogador Living accepts no responsibility for costs normally covered by travel insurance.

Mogador Living shall not be liable for injuries sustained during activities, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions affecting activities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, local residents and property. Mogador Living reserves the right to terminate a guest's participation without refund in cases of dangerous, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for reservation management and the delivery of retreat services. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to provide booked services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. By paying the deposit and confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
